(Page 2)
MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-2000-149
INSPECTION DATE 12-02-04
This was a general monitoring inspection of the Todd Dysart Pit conducted by Gregg Squire of
the Division of Minerals and Geology. Bryan Barton, Todd Dysart's partner, was also present.
The mining at the site has generally moved toward the south and west, but the
operator has encountered a large amount of overburden above the marketable
gravel. The operator has expressed a desire to move a portion of the pit to
the west and delete part of it along the east side. This can be done by
requesting a release of the undisturbed area along the east side of the
permit area, and subsequently submitting a technical revision with
notifications as required in an amendment application. The release request
must include a map showing the area to be released and the name, address and
telephone number of the landowner. The request letter must be sent by
certified mail and should not include any other correspondence.
If the permit holder requests this release within 30 days of the receipt of
this inspection report another inspection will not have to be conducted.
INSPECTOR'S INITIALS GRS
I & 8 Contact Address
NAME
OPERATOR
Mr. Todd Dysart
j' CE
[' BL
STREET
CITY/STATE/ZIP
11481 County Road 370
Sterling, CO 80751
j' HW
j' FS
j' HMWMD (CH)
j' SE
j' WQCD (CH)
Cc: Bryan Barton
