The operator was contacted about the <br />representatives named on page 1 were present for the <br />A sign identifying this site as having a MLRB permit was posted at the entrance to the <br />landfill. Aa noted before, the existing fence adequately marked the boundaries. Lack of a <br />sign was noted as a problem, see inspection report of 2/27/95. Posting of an adequate sign <br />satifies this required corrective action. <br />Some piles of gravel and an old loadout structure were observed in the east part of the <br />permit area. These did not show recent signs of use. There was no mining activity occurring <br />during the inspection. <br />Most of the discussion which occurred onsite, between the operator and this inspector, <br />involved the mining activities which observed to be occurring during the previous inspection <br />(permit no. M-94-103). <br />The problems at this site, which were detailed with their corrective actions in the <br />inspection report of 2/27/95, were also discussed. As set forth under Problem No. 3 of the <br />above mentioned report, the operator was to have provided ground water data, by July 1, 1995. <br />As of the date of this inspection, nothing has been received from the operator.
