Long
Division Director
The Division received your revised request for an extension of the corrective action due date; to
include the submittal of a watershed study. As indicated in your original request for an extension,
you have contracted a water engineering firm to complete the watershed study and respond to
Ms. Potter's and Mr. Fifield's comments. The company needs additional time to complete the
project so you have asked fora 60-day extension of the due date to submit the watershed study
and respond to the Potter/Fifield comments. The Division agrees, so the new due date to submit
the watershed study and respond to the PottedFifield comments is set for March 21, 2000.
If you have any questions, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
c
James Dillie
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: James Stevens
