The problems should be corrected by the <br />dates given, or they will become possible violations. The possible violations should be <br />corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. Salvaged topsoil has been stockpiles for over 12 months December 8, <br />and has not yet been stabilized. 1995 <br /> April 30, 1996 <br /> PB or PV PB <br />Grade both existing stockpiles to a stable TOPIC(S) <br />configuration and apply a suitable temporary cover such TS,SC <br />as crimped mulch or manure within 30 days. Then seed <br />both stockpiles in March-April, 1996 with a cover crop <br />recommended by the Soil Conservation Service. <br />2. An entrance sign was not posted.
