Contours and structures in place matched those depicted on the maps submitted with the
application.
2. The power line across the site services the landowner. The Operator will remain 200 feet
back from this line until issues with the landowner regarding its final disposition are
worked out.
3. The proposed culvert location for the road across the unnamed drainage lacks vegetation,
is in a natural dip in the creek, and should provide the minimum amount of disturbance to the
site.
4. Currently, the site is covered with mustard, cheatgrass, and thistles, as well as
wheatgrass and brome. It has obviously been heavily grazed in the past.
5. The placement of the berm, and the trees to be planted as part of the reclamation plan,
was clarified (the trees required by FEW will be planted on the north side of the berm,
allowing local songbirds to retain habitat during operations).
No problems with this location were noted at this time
I & E Contact Address
NAME Scott Hoover
OPERATOR B&B Excavating
STREET P.O.
