The permit for' the site has been revoked, but was reclaimed by the operator prior <br />to revocation. _ <br />The Coal Sales area slopes appeared to be stable and well vegetated. No erosional features~vere <br />evident The sedimentation pond held water, but it was not apparent whether it was above or below the <br />discharge level. <br />The No. 2 Mine area slopes appeared to be stable, with no signs of cracking or slumping. Vegetation <br />on the reclaimed areas appeared to be fYiirly thin. Light erosion was apparel on the reclaimed waste <br />pile.
