<br />Status of Problem Resolution <br />The following items concern problems identified at previous inspect:ions. <br />Problems are classified into two categories. These are: (1) problems <br />resolved; and (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is <br />resolved or the date that the operator is deemed delinquent is to be <br />clearly stated. <br />No .problems remain unsolved. <br />
