III. Comments - Compliance

On May 21, 1993 a partial inspection was conducted at the Bourg Strip Mine. At
the time of the inspection conditions were typically spring like. All snow has
melted from the permit area and the grass was greening up.
The permanent gully was noted to be stable. The reclaim was walked and no
gullies were noted. The shrubs are doing well, many were 8 inches high.
No concerns were noted.
