The site used to be a lii <br />limestone mining operation, the product used as road base. The 111 operation covered 10 acres and the <br />operator is adding 3 acres to the 112 permit for a total of 13 acres. The Division as part of a corrective <br />action required the operator to submit a 112 permit application after the operator reported that he had <br />placed processed stockpiled material outside of the existing 111 permit. Present during the inspection was <br />Mr. Myron Mullett, the operator. The amended area was inspected, as reported in the previous inspection <br />dated 8-29-00; part of the area still had the processed stockpiled material. inspected the pit area. The M- <br />99-100 (111) Pit was holding some water, which the operator stated, was storm water. Permit boundary <br />markers, 112-application notice and permit sign for the 131 permit were properly posted.
