Drell, Office of Surface Mining Albuquerque Field <br />Office. <br />Introduction: <br />The intent of this inspection was to view the state of <br />reclamation activities at the C.himnev Rock Mine. The <br />Albuquerque Field Office (AFO) participated in a bond release <br />inspection on October 21, 1993. The. inspection resulted in <br />tl7e issuance of a two psri: Ten-Dav .Notice (TDN). Part one of <br />the TDN was issued for the permittee's failure to maintain <br />Sll~t fences.
