It also appeared to be well maintained and in good
condition. Due to mud it was not possible to get further on the site than the facilities
area.
- The road to the loadout was muddy but appeared to be stable and in good
condition.
Hvdroloaic Balance: -Ponds A, B and C were not inspected at this time due to the
muddy conditions.
- Pond D contained water at the bottom several feet below the discharge pipe
and was not discharging. The pond appeared to be well vegetated and stable.
- Pond E contained water several feet below the discharge pipe and was not
discharging. The pond appeared to be stable and well vegetated at the time of
the inspection.
- Pond F contained a small amount of water at the bottom but was not
discharging. The pond was well vegetated and appeared to be stable.
- Pond G also contained a small amount of water at the bottom. This pond was not
discharging either. Pond G appeared to be stable and well vegetated.
- All of the roadside ditches appeared to be stable and functioning properly.
- The culverts under the remaining haul road and county road were all clean.
- The pond at the loadout contained water several feet below the discharge pipe.
This pond also appeared to be stable
Fish and Wildlife: Although no wildlife was seen at the site at the time of the
inspection, there were signs that deer and antelope had been on the site recently.
Reveaetation/Reclamation Success: A good portion of the ground was still covered
with snow.
