An application for a technical revision dated January 2001 eliminated <br />reclamation phasing and a reclamation bond for the entire gravel pit was <br />submitted. <br />2. Elam Construction, Inc. has implemented a weed control plan for all mine sites <br />they have permitted. <br />3. Topsoil stockpiles have not been seeded at this date. Operations are on-going in <br />the winter of 2003 and will address this issue. <br />4. The dike between the Gunnison River and the gravel pit will be built higher and <br />strengthened during the next mining operation.
