<br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-1991-n7R <br />INSPECTION DATE: lannanr~ ~nro INSPECTORS INITIALS: ai a <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection vvas conducted incompliance with an order by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board that every mine <br />in the State of Colorado be inspected at least once every four years. The Operator was contacted several days in advance <br />and Mr. Rick Spady accompanied this inspector. <br />An excellent mine identification sign was noted at the entrance to the mine property, and the property boundaries are each <br />marked with a large pile of overburden in addition to a survey stake. There was no activity in the pit at the time of inspection <br />and no equipment, fuel, or oil were on site. <br />The mine site is located atop a small rise away from any surface water, and no ground water was noted in the pit.
