(Page 5) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: - nn-19~~-522 <br />INSPECTION DATE: -4/29/114 INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: J~AP_ <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective actions) were identified <br />during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severitywhen considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />3. During the inspection, it was discovered that vegetation at the site consisted mainly of 1 1 / 15/ 04 <br />weeds. This is a problem related to section 3.1.10 (6) of the Construction Materials Rules <br />and Regulations which requires that methods of weed control for all prohibited noxious <br />weed species be employed throughout the mining and reclamation process. <br />PB or PV: ~d_ <br />TOPIC(S): ~S_ <br />
