Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that some problems noted in a past <br />mine site inspection report either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but documentation of <br />the corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of a past inspection of <br />this site.
