ORIGINAL -PUBLIC F[LE <br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-IeRn-~aa <br />INSPECTION DATE: lf]/~in~ INSPECTOROS INITIALS: -S~ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The Division conducted a monthly monitoring inspection of the site on <br />10/6/06.In addition to the monthly inspection, the purpose of the trip was <br />to acquaint Mr. Tony Waldron and Mr. David Bird of the Division about the <br />operation. Prior to the physical inspection, Mr. Gary Goodrich Manager <br />Environmental Resources for CC&V gave a brief presentation of the mine. <br />After the presentation, drove to the American eagle look out area and Mr. <br />Goodrich pointed out the main features of the operation. <br />Continued the inspection to the Iron Clad Globe Hill area, no problem <br />noted. <br />Inspected the Main Cresson pit and observed the large Shovel in operation. <br />Inspected the crusher area and observed the crusher in action.
