PB or PV: PB TOPIC(S): AT CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must cease storing inadequately-contained fluids _, _, on the site, until measures are taken to provide proper storage. The operator must provide to this office a statement that all improperly-stored fluids are removed, by the date shown at right. (Before storing such fluids onsite again, the operator must provide description of the new containment.) 2. The south boundary of the site is not clearly delineated, and therefore the amount of 3/31/07 observed debris within gthe boundary cannot be determined.
