COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection, Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the mspect~on <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation. Mining. and Safety (Division) Oblique aerial photographs were reviewed in the <br />office on July 3, 2007 by Kent Gorham of the Division. This mine is rn permanent cessation <br />and reclamation of most areas rs complete. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Pond 5 provides sediment control for the reclaimed main facility area. This area is entirely reclaimed and storm water runoff is controlled by <br />sediment pond 4. The pond appeared dry which is consistent with recent conditions. The <br />repaired area from mine subsidence in the Shamrock Mine is visible and appears as it did <br />following repair. <br />
