Also enclosed are the survey data for the Lower Refuse Pile and certifications. <br />Compaction testing was performed on the Lower Refuse Pile because a new lift was completed <br />during the fourth quarter. <br />Also enclosed are photographs of the Lone Pine Development Waste Pile underdrain construction <br />and the Certification for Critical Construction Periods for the pile.
