Commertls also describe any enforcement actlons taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the erttorcement action. <br />On April 1, 1998, one photograph was taken of the Upper Hubbard Creek facility by Harry Kenney <br />from the Division of Minerals and Geology. This photograph was reviewed by William J. Carter of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />8t?ade: <br />The visible portion of the County rid to and through the site appears to be in good condition. <br />No free water is visible in the sedimentation pond on this photograph. <br />ToYSQiI. <br />According to this photograph the topsoil pile appears to be stable and well vegetated. <br />
