III. COMMENTS • COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology (Division) on Wednesday December 21, 2005. Kent Gorham of the Division <br />reviewed eight oblique aerial photographs in the office on January 6, 2006. <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Patchy snow <br />cover was <br />noted on the <br />reclaimed area <br />and on the <br />access road <br />No evidence of <br />significant <br />runoff is <br />evident. The <br />approximate <br />outline of the <br />reclaimed area <br />is within the <br />yellow border in <br />the photograph <br />at right. <br />Processing Waste <br />The refuse pile appeared normal, <br />with no sign of slumps, slides, or <br />damage of any kind. <br />Overall, the site appeared normal <br />for the winter season. Nothing <br />warranting on-the-ground <br />inspection was noted in any of <br />the photographs reviewed. <br />.:~ <br />
