This should satisify the #1. corrective actions recommendation on all three inspection reports. one of the photos shows how we have marked the mine boundary for the Vader Pit. (Painted orange stones around a survey marker in the ground.) We hope this will meet the corrective action recommendation #2. on the Vader Pit inspection report. We intend mark the boundaries at the Gunnison Pit and the Roman Pit but we mnrst wait for the snow to get off the ground or the field to dry up somle before we can get to the places that need to be marked. ~ Regarding itemLS #3. and #4. on the Vader Pit inspection, (#3 revision of phases, #4 possible temporary cessation notice.) we are working on these items now but need a little more time. We would ask that the time deadline to answer these items be extended until May 11, 1992. That is the same date that we must reply to items on the Roanan and Gunnison Ready Mix reports. We have hired Mr. Bruce Cramb, of Pueblo, CO. to work with us on the revisions and amenaments to the above mentioned mines. He has authority to talk to you on our behalf about all of these subjects and to suLznit documents, etc., but I will remain the official representative of Valco, Inc. for these mines.
