<br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection of the New Pryor Mine for the month of February, 1 998. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: The site is clear of any snow at this time although more snow is <br />forcasted. There are no signs of any erosion problems. Water and ice is visible in pond Z. The <br />upper and lower ponds were dry. No signs of any discharge was visible from the air. The site <br />appears to be very stable hydrologically speaking. <br />
