I am enclosing a location
map of the County land and my property that adjoins it to the east.
The County began pumping in the spring, and my lakes continue to
drop to the lowest elevation they have ever been. This spring and
summer, the fish loss has been devastating, and I am extremely con-
cerned this loss will continue and increase if no corrective action is
taken.
My question is: Can the County continue drying up the underground
water flow without replacing our lake water. I would think at least
they should pump the water to my lake instead of the St. Vrain River.
Please advise me as to what can be done. Your immediate attention to
this matter will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
~!~
John Roberts
4789 WCR 24 3/4
Longmont, CO 80504
303-898-6890 (Mobile)
303-702-1790 (Home)
