In summary, the regrading of all portions of the site was satisfactory. All drillholes have <br />been sealed and marked in place with brass caps. Approximate original contour has been <br />achieved for the drill pads and access routes. MCC will need to demonstrate that the <br />vegetative cover is sufficient to control off-site sediment transport without the use of silt fence <br />or other sediment control measures. <br />
