PB or PV: PB <br />TOPICISI: SM <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must accurately locate and install all lacking , _ <br />permit boundary markers, and provide evidence to this office of such installation in <br />the form of photos, by the date shown at right. <br />2. The site contains an infestation of thistles, and it is not known if there exists an 3/1 /00 <br />adequate noxious weed control plan. PB or PV: PB <br />TOPICIS): RV <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: The operator must provide a weed control plan, and the _, , _ <br />commitment to timely treat the noxious weeds on the site, by the date shown at <br />right. (Note: the plan must be prepared by a qualified weed control professional.) <br />3. The offsite disturbance has adversely affected the stability of the soils in the gulch 4/5/00 <br />and contributes to the potential for uncontrolled sedimentation leaving the site. These structures must be adequately installed and maintained, at <br />least for as long as it takes to stabilize or reclaim the upslope disturbance. Evidence <br />of this installation must be received at this office by the date shown at right. <br />4.
