III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during <br />the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. No one else was present during the inspection. The ground was dry. <br />The entrance gates to the loadout were locked <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />I checked the new location of the permit boundary,as proposed in TR-04 that is in review. <br />The new location of the boundary appears adequate to ensure that ditch 3 will be within <br />the permit boundary. <br />Page 3 <br />
