Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This .vas a joint OSMlOMG complete inspection of the Hamilton Mine for the month of October. 2003. <br />RECORDS: Records were inspected and found to he m satisfactory condition. See page 5 of this report <br />fpr further details <br />ROADS: All sections of the. roads are stable. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE: Ail ditches and culverts are clear and capable of functioning as designed. <br />Pond A and B a:ere dry and not discharging al the Ume of the inspection. Both ponds are capable of <br />fw~c;mnu~g as ctrsignrd. Photo of the lower pond is shown. <br />TOPSOIL: All three remaining topsoil piles were inspected and found to have satisfactory vegetation and <br />beans sufficient to prevent loss of topsoil. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS: vegetation appears to be doing well A massive weed spraying session <br />was lust completed to rid the sate and surrounding areas of Russian knapweed. This should help m <br />achieving reclamation success for future bond releasaes. <br />
