Delta County also does not own this tank and I am in
the process of getting the owner of the tank to remove from permitted area by 2/14/03.
2) Oil stained soil created by oil application track on boundary of phase 1 & 2 has been cleaned
up. Delta County will prepare a contaitunent area for future use of oil application track near
recycled asphalt product (RAP) on phase 1, away from any drainage.
3) The imported material (Recycled Asphalt Products, AKA R.A.P.) is not intended for fill, but
will be crashed and recycled through the Hot Plant at a future date.
~ Thanks again for bringing the above observations to my attention.
` _ ~~
Larry R Record _
Foreman
