This relates to the abatement of the erosion problem. <br />You state that you should have the erosion azeas repaired by the end of April at the latest. So, in <br />order to establish a corrective action due date, the Division will extend the due date to May 1, <br />2004. If the problem is resolved before this date let the Division know how and when the <br />problem was abated.
