The public notices have been posted at the <br />site and the permit boundaries were located by refering to the application map. The proposed site was previously used as a <br />feed lot. The general mine plan was reviewed and structures on and adjacent to the site examined. The operator's <br />representative, Connie Nickle Davis, was familiar with required setbacks and agreements for adjacent structures. It was noted <br />that one facility within 200 feet of the proposed disturbance was not shown on the application maps. This was the Greeley <br />Truck Washout facility.
