An underground inspection of the Cash Mine was conducted. Present during the inspection were David Bird & Tom <br />Schreiner of the Division, Matt Collins of Mount Royale Ventures, LLC, and consultants Adrian Brown and Mark Levin. <br />2. The purpose of the inspection was to discuss the concerns and details of the operator's Technical Revision No. 5 <br />application, ie: determination of non-DMO status and groundwater monitoring plan. Prior to inspection of the Cash Mine, <br />a thorough discussion was held between the various parties regarding the issues noted. <br />3. The outcome of the discussion and underground inspection is that the Division agrees with the operator's assertion that <br />the site is a non-DMO operation and that no further geochemical testing is necessary.
