Harry Kenney, Environmental Protection Specialist of <br />the Division. Mr. Ran>by stated that he saw m problems at the site. <br />ROADS The roads at the site appear in the photographs. Although coveted with snow, they appear to be <br />in compliance with the permit. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE The sedimentation pond appears in both photographs. The bottoms of the <br />ponds arc covered with smrr or icc. Dranyage ditchcs are uol risible due to snow cover. There appears <br />to be some stains in the southeast inlet from inflow.
