- • (Page 2) NINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-taRa-tm NSPECTION DATE: n~~g~~cr t~~nm INSPECTORS IN ALS: ~- OBSERVATIONS 1 Ins ection: This ins edion was conducted at the direction of the Colorado Mined Land eclamation Board which directs that each minin o eration in the State of Colorado be ins eded once eve four ears. 2 General: This 66.8 acre 112 sand and ravel it is located a roximatel 5 miles east of Hansel Colorado alon Park Coun road 59 on the north side of the road. The minin o eration is bein condu ed in three hases hase 1 and 2 each include 22.9 acres and hase 3 includes 21.0 acres. Phase i is res ntl bein mined. 3 Si n: The ermit area is marked with Basil discernable bounds markers and ali of the disturbance a ears to be within these boundaries. 4 To soil: The to soil is stock filed and the stock files marked with si ns. The to soil stoc file located alon the north side of the it is ve s arse) covered and would benefit from more ve etative cov r. This is not considered a roblem at this time but the ve etative cover should be monitored and if it oes not fill in an additional planting should be done. 5 Facilities: A truck scale and scale house are resent on the site. These features are inc uded in the ermit b wav of a technical revision. 6 Minin Plan: There is a blue 55 allon drum east of the scale house which is art) full foil. Since the site is resent) idle this drum should be removed and dis osed of. This item is bein address as a roblem with a specified completion date, and is addressed further on the following page. 7 Reclamation Bond: At the resent time the reclamation bond is 53 130 established Au ust 16 2000.
