The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce theirseverity when considered <br />by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of afl <br />corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />ANO <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />1. <br />During this inspection, it was discovered that, to there is not adequate vegetative coveron <br />the topsoil stockpile. This is a problem related Section 3.7.9 (1) of the Construction Materials <br />Rules and Regulations for failure to emp4ov vegetative cover or other means to protect <br />topsoil from erosion, keep it free of any contamination by toxic or acid-forming material, <br />and maintain it in a useable condition for reclamation. <br />2. <br />During this inspection, it was discovered that. there is a storage funk that does not <br />have spill containment.
