Quarrying progresses to the north to a depth of about 25 feet. <br />3. Topsoil salvaged separate from overburden material on west side of <br />project, <br />4, Access to site is along ranch roads. <br />5. We can not locate the application or any correspondence for this site <br />other than the financial warranty, the actual permit document and a 1983 <br />annual report. Please submit a copy of the application and any relevant <br />correspondences pertaining to this file. <br />2. A correspondence was sent to you on June 12, 1985 requesting an annual <br />fee of $400.00 ($50.00 per year for 1978 to 1985) and annual report. We <br />have received an annual report, but no required annual fee. <br />3. The 1983 report specifies no activities occurred during the year, and <br />none were planned in the forthcoming year. If no mining is still the <br />case, please apply for temporary cessation (please reference the <br />enclosed Rules and Regulations). <br />4. The Division is concerned that the current $2,500.00 financial warranty <br />may not be sufficient to reclaim this site. Please submit justification <br />for why the financial warranty should not be increased to the maximum <br />allowable $5,000.00 amount. <br />5.
