I contacted you <br />about the frequency of Rockcastle Pond Inspections following my last <br />tnspection and have not received any corresDOndence regarding this matter. At <br />this point, Rockcastle is out of compliance with 4.05.6(11 )(c ), since the last <br />pond inspection report was Drepared May 16, 1989. As I indicated in the last <br />letter, I am willing to waive quarterly inspections over the winter months, if <br />Rockcastle would revise their permit to reflect this chance. However, at this <br />point in time we have received neither a third quarter pond surve.v nor revised <br />page(s) to the permit application.
