All slopes are to be 2:1 or gentler, and all areas revegetated. The operator <br />should apprise the Division of all reclamation work (and mining) performed in the future, <br />since it can affect the bond amount. The bond has not been recalculated in several years, <br />so the Division will evaluate it and send the revised figures to the operator for review. <br />All the above items were discussed with the operator during the inspection. There were no <br />problems noted at this time.
