IV. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS <br />The following identifies enforcement actions taken during this inspection, the required abatement and <br />date of abatement for the violation, previous violalions still requiring abatement and the termination of <br />violations cited during previous inspections. <br />SCC has submitted the proposed civil penalty for Notice of Violation CV-2003-005 and has <br />completed all of the required abatement steps for this violation. NOV CV-2003-005 has been <br />abated and is terminated as a result of this inspection. <br />No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection. <br />NOTE: Attach appropriate VIOlAT1ONS or CESSATION ORDER CODING FORMS <br />Revised 2/97 <br />
