The adjacent property owner has voiced a <br />concern as to the boundaries ofthis existing pik and also the slope offhe embanlanents to <br />which these boundaries exist. Cuaently Mr. Laughrey is still hauling material from this <br />site, and has not addressed the problem of the sheer drop off from the property lire. <br />My question then, would be is Mr. Laughrey properly permitted'? and has he complied to <br />his Reclamation Plan? <br />Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated <br />
