The inspectors were inspecting an adjacent permitted <br />operation and noticed that a utility that shown as proposed in the application was being installed. The <br />application shows a proposed water pipeline on the north side of the permit area. At the time of this <br />inspection, it appeared that the pipeline had been installed from near the South Platte River to Tucson <br />Street. This pipeline was being considered in the review process in regard to the slope stability analysis <br />for that portion of the pit slope (the north sides of Phases 2 and 3), but that process was discontinued <br />when the Division decided that we could not complete such a review when the pipeline had not been <br />installed.
