The site is small 1 10 sand and gravel operation located approximately 30 mile North of <br />Cotopoxi Colorado, in Fremont County . <br />Present during the inspection was, Mr. Pat Long of Fremont County. Approximately 3 acres appeared to have <br />been disturbed, at the time of the inspection. Fresh dozer tracks were noted at the time of the inspection. Site <br />was not active at the time of the inspection. <br />According to the operator, due to liability issues the only activity related to processing that takes place on site is <br />screening of the material. No crushing takes place by the operator. If crushing is needed the operator contacts <br />with outside source. The entire permit area was walked and inspected. Topsoil pile was properly protected. <br />Permit sign and boundary markers were properly posted at the time of the inspection.
