The proposed site is accessed off Colorado State Highway 318 and is located north <br />of the Yampa River at Sunbeam Colorado. The inspection was conducted by Gregg R. Squire and Carl B. Mount of the <br />Division. Marvin Moore represented the Moffat County Road Department. <br />The proposed site area was examined and the corner markers, which have been installed, were located. Common plant <br />species observed included big sagebrush, needle and thread, western wheatgrass and Indian ricegrass. Because of the <br />prevalence of needle and thread on the site the Division agrees with the Colorado DOWs recommendation in their Wildlife <br />Statement that this species be included in the seed mix. <br />The power line, irrigation ditch, pipeline, underground telephone line and fencelines referenced in the permit application <br />should not be adversely affected if the proposed setbacks are followed and if the operator maintains 4H-iV grades during <br />all excavations as committed to in Exhibit S of the permit application. <br />The inspector did not identify any on-site problems which would preclude the approval of the permit application to the <br />Moffat County Road Department. <br />Cc: Carl Mount - DMG, Via electronic transmission <br />Marvin Moore -Permitting Contact <br />I & E Contact Address <br />NAME: Billv E.
