• (Page 2) • <br />MINE ZD # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-76-007-UG <br />INS P~CTION DATE 06/28/99 INS PE CTOA':~ INITIALS CLK <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />The following observations were made during a routine inspection of this 11(~ site. <br />1) Signs and boundary markers were posted at the site as required by the Rues. <br />2) Approximately 1 acre at the site is currently disturbed. The highwal7. is currently <br />estimated at 80' high, with overburden and materials stockpiles to the souta and along the <br />east boundary. It is estimated that the distance necessary to haul overburden and topsoil <br />against the highwall, in order to form the required benches, is 200-300'. There does not <br />appear to be enough topsoil to completely reclaim the site at this time, bu: this will bet <br />determined in the follow-up inspection to be done next month. <br />3) No exposed groundwater or ponding surface water was noted at the site. <br />No other problems were noted during this inspection.
