The site is a 49 acres 112 sand and gravel operation located <br />approximately 8 miles North East of Seibert, Colorado. Approximately 5 <br />acres appeared to have been disturbed. High walls stable no major sign of <br />erosion features noted. There was a small amount of stockpiled process <br />material noted along the North West corner of the active pit area. Only <br />activity at present is removal of material from the already stockpiled <br />material. Entire permit area walked and inspected, No noxious weed <br />infestation noted. County has a master weed control plan that they <br />implement on as need basis.
