The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be notified of all corrective actions taken. PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS 1 ~ ~Th~permit m:7ps do not accurately reflect the haul road location sr~g topsoil c_tork in IPS and tha permit does not include an adeauate weed control plan with tamarisk and Russian olive controls. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a technical revision to the permit that includes accurate and uo-to-date information to correct these permit inadequacies and brino the permit into compliance 2• ° The reclamation post estimate for this site was recalculated and indicates that the reclamation bond is currently inadenuate to cover reclamation liahilities CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit adeauate financial warranty within 60 days of the mailing date of this report. Include an adeauate weed control ~n with tamarisk and Russian olive controls. 3.
