An aerial inspection of the Bear River Sand & Gravel Pit was conducted. The Division <br />has recently received an anonymous complaint of a possible illegal mining operation for what <br />appears to be this site. iThe complaintant was unaware of any mining & reclamation permit <br />for this site). Several or more oblique photographs of the site were taken with a 35mm <br />camera and will be used by Division Staff during a future ground inspection to determine <br />compliance with the approved mine and reclamation plan. Photographs (slides) are attached <br />to this report. <br />2. Copies of the aerial photographs will be made available to the operator upon request, <br />provided the operator is willing to pay for the cost of duplication. <br />3.
