Nearly all materials have been removed from the old boneyard except for
a shed, which should be addressed.
Small substation on Goat Trail near B-C Transfer site should be removed
and properly disposed unless the operator is approved to retain the
structure.
Topsoil stockpiles by North and South collections ditches are stable.
Topsoil depths were measured at 30 locations in the I~ffat Area the
