III. Comments - Compliance <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />The Division conduceted a partial inspection of the Blue Ribbon <br />Mine. A facility representative was not present during the <br />inspection. The weather was clear and dry. <br />This mine is a reclaimed site. The mine appeared to be in the <br />same condition as it did last month. No problems were noted. <br />
