(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-ia86-ian <br />INSPECTION DATE: hrtnhar 41, ~nm <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: p~ <br />This inspection was conducted at the request of the operator in conjunction with an acreage swap which is being done to <br />remove a problem which was noted in an inspection of August 15, 2001. <br />The operator had completed a map of the site that addressed the land to be released and the land to be added, and the <br />areas were staked in the field.
